Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition the day you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
